Offline Account Behavior
On 05/18/2024 someone hacked my Epic Games account and changed my name, I haven't used this Epic account for a while and it wasn't even installed on my computer. Furthermore, someone did something to my Dead by Daylight account that I don't use on Epic, which I use on Steam, but linked to by the Account Behavior website. This person possibly did something within the game that caused me to receive some type of ban or block, as since 05/21/2024 I have no longer been able to access the game on any platform. I was not informed by Epic Games security factors in my email about the hacker's access and he ended up meaning that I no longer have access to a Dead By Daylight account that I have had for years in my favorite game. On 05/19/2024 I noticed that something was wrong when I went to play on Steam, it said that the account was being used by another device. I continued the normal login ignoring the message, I thought it was just a Steam error. When I opened the game I noticed that it was strange because several characters had changed their skin, something that didn't happen. As if someone had made a manual change to several characters. I also noticed that the ONI assassin character was also on my account, I'm not sure if I already had it or if this hacker put it on my account, as I had never played with this character before. I'm desperate because I've had this DBD account on Steam for a long time and I don't want to lose all my progress in the game. The behavior must make sure that something wrong was not done through my Steam IP that could cause me to be banned. Help me please!!!! I recovered my EPIC games account with their help, but I can't log in to the game on any platform (Steam or Epic). I just wanted someone to see, no one from Behavior responds to my open protocol 1509859 to analyze my case and give me feedback. Anyone to help???
