Not really sure who is in the "more" wrong here?

Was playing in a regular match solo as survivor in the awesome new mode. The Wraith seemed to always know where I was so I wanted to wait to see what his perks were at the end of the match. I was the 2nd one sacrificed. After I died the Wraith was getting bullied by another survivor who was massively tbagging after every window vault that ended in a missed hit, every pallet that was a stun, etc. The Wraith didn't like this BM and the survivor ran into a locker. The Wraith dropped them and just spammed their bell on top of them. Honestly, I felt this was excessive but somewhat deserved from the BM from the survivor. After the survivor was 1 second from death they picked them up and stood afk in front of a hook. I'm guessing to wait for them to struggle?

Meanwhile the other survivor sat and did nothing at the end. Guessing they were a duo (or trio with the survivor who died before me?). They just ran in a circle around the map not completing gens (was just 99%'ing each one) or doing totems. I went afk for about 7 mins and came back and it was still going and the same thing. Survivor running around not doing gens as they 99%'ed all the last ones and the survivor that was picked up not struggling with the Wraith standing in front of a hook. After about 3-5 more mins the Wraith finally hooked them and found hatch and let the last survivor leave without stopping them.

In the endgame chat the survivor that just ran in circles said they recorded everything and are reporting them. The Wraith said they had nothing to report because they refused to do objectives and he was giving them a free leave until the survivor struggeld and had to be hooked. I just reported both cause I honestly don't know who is in the wrong here but it was just a super toxic match. I got so distracted by this I forgot to check his perks which was why I was waiting in the first place. Who is in the wrong here?

    No one was in the wrong it was just people being hard headed as usual, anything in game is fair play even if it sucks, it only becomes toxic and becomes a problem when you allow yourself to get mad instead of laugh too, don't get mad get even and laugh about it were all here for fun
