Can't use killer ability.

At first I thought it was the mouse and switched the key, it turned out it wasn't the mouse.
Then check your internet speed and ping in the game. Everything is perfect.
I played as Nemesis and at some point I can't press the ability. I can go into ability mode, but I can't hit with it.
