Unable to get DnD bundle in game off Steam version

I could buy both the survivor and Vecna directly with auric cells, but pressing the ''get buncle' option makes a sound like it is bringing up the page to buy, but nothing pops up and I am unable to get the bundle.
Is this a related bug to the other store issues for XBox or should i apply for a refund and buy through steam instead?
