I’m coming back from a small break and invocation is still a meme throw perk?
still having useless teammates using it super poorly

They buffed it this update, it takes 60 seconds instead of 120.
Imo it's still not worth it. Perma broken is really bad.4 -
It isn't. Not worth the trade off to have someone in the basement for 60 seconds and then end up being broken the rest of the match.

There's at least a dozen of us that appreciate the buff, thanks for not letting this perk rot.

It's still a throwing perk

I had a teammate run it in SoloQ and another teammate helped him. We got a 3 person escape in the end. Granted, it's one experience, but a very positive one.

I'm not a fan of the perk in general, it could easily become too powerful done wrong. 60 seconds with people being able to shorten it further feels too short; I think 80-90 seconds could have been fine as that is about the time it takes to do a gen basekit and would have made sense - you give up time on a gen to put some less charges on all gens, but also end up broken. It'd just be asking people to do another "gen" instead of going to the first generator they see. And it could be easily reduced with Invocation perks or with multiples doing it like a gen, so it's not a problem.
120 is definitely too long, but 60 seems too short. My fear is this could be used further with Commodious + BNP + Spool at a time when gens already go quite quickly and gen regression/hold was nerfed. I'm not sure it's overly fair to make a Killer take time out of what could already be a very stressful round, especially M1s like Ghostie or low mobile Killers like Pig, to randomly check basement on the off chance it's used.

I wonder how other Invocation perks work in the future. Will it be like Boons, that you only need to Invocate once to make all the Invocation perks activated? Or have to do it once per Invo perk?
Currently, I still think its better to have 2 health states for double chase time, than saving ~50sec of Gen and wasting 60sec sitting down.

I was hoping 2 months would maybe change how people use the perk lol

Jokes on you I ran no mither planned on being broken the entire match

I would like an Invocatio. Blood exchange prefrorm this ritual in the basement for 45s while healthy upon completion all surivors gain 1 health state and you gain broken for 300s this ritual has a cooldown of 300s for everyone when activated

Just do your own math. 60s input vs 50s output. Thats already enough, but top it off with a broken forever.

It's effect will always be either of broken or useless, just a bad perk design
