Would you recommend me buying Vecna?
I have all killers excluding him. Is he unique enough? Fun enough from the rest of the cast? At least decently strong? Perks usable/good/bad?

His works arent that strong imo but still fun to use as well.

Hes a micro management killer, knowing when and how to use your abilities at the correct times definitely takes some learning, as well as rotating them properly as pressing all your buttons at once will leave you as a basic M1 killer.
His perks are decent, Languid Touch I see as a potential meta pick since it has a few synergies. Dark Arrogance also seems pretty good and will be quite scary with Bambam.
Id recommend it. His high skill ceiling means youre gonna be getting quite a bit of value out of him from just learning, and his aesthetics are great which is a bonus

I think he's a good killer. Just don't get too used to mage hand because it's confirmed to be getting nerfed, at least the picking up part of it.

If you want some really easy matches where one or more of the survivors DC's or gives up immediately, then I'd definitely recommend buying him.

No. Don't.
On top of one of the worst perk sets that this killer has he is receiving nerfs soon. Unless you are achievement hunter, stay away from him unless you enjoy challenging yourself for no particular reason.

He looks fun tho I cant really say much more since I just havent had the time to play him. Im kinda waiting for some videos about him so I can learn how to play him. I am just not in the mind set right now to try to learn something myself. If anyone has tips and a guide to could read I would love to have that right now.

- Vecna is (for me) one of the most fun and strategic killers in the whole game. if you want a super oppressive killer, or you want to make a "wins in a row", or you like killers "use your power and don't care about everything else!" ....don't buy it.

He's a lot of fun in my experience. A survivor always has some weird item and trick to surprise you with, and you'll constantly be finding new ways to combine his spells into fast downs. FotD into an M1 isn't common but is one of the most satisfying things in the game. He also feels very consistent, with Mage Hand, Fly, and Dispelling Sphere being pretty decent on pretty much every map.
You can play him with cool down add-ons to just spam spells as fast as your brain will let you, or you could try some of his other more specific add-ons to make certain abilities much more lethal or versatile. Solid killer imo

He's the most fun I've had with a killer in a while, if you like the micromanaging of Singularity you will like him

Perks are all decent. Killer is very fun. Decently strong too.
Mage Hand is getting a nerf to the pallet pick up speed soon so you might want to keep that in mind.

He's as smooth as a baby's bottom to play and he's strong to boot. Any impressions one may have had during ptb can be forgotten.
So far I have yet to lose a single game as Vecna and I'm not even using anything too crazy or evil by my standards. Unless you consider Franklins+Weave Attunement to be as such.
ThereThere's no better time to play him than now. I know survivors will get better and not give such easy downs but I still think this guys got some long term viability.
I still like Unknown more personally, but Unknown to me is a killer I use with specific perks and add-ons, and I gotta get myself in the right head space to play him but so far I've had no shame or embarrassment about experimenting or holding myself back perk/addon wise
If you like keeping yourself busy and stimulated like Singularity this guy is pretty good.

What on earth are you talking about? He is really not that bad for survivors.

That may be true, but I'm just telling you what happens in every single one of my matches against him (which is like 90% of my total survivor matches recently)
