Why does BHVR allow bully squads to go unpunished?
Just ran into a three man bully squad (Who naturally pretended to have no idea what I was talking about post match when I saw all three were on each others friends lists) who spent the whole game out to torment me. The instant one got downed, the other two would rush up trying to bodyblock me from reaching a hook.
When two of them were dead, the third member of the bully squad hid the rest of the match and didn't come out of hiding until the solo queue member they had screwed over died on hook and I slammed the hatch shut.
I had wanted to let the solo queue go since they weren't part of it but the last bully squad member ended up leaving me no choice in order to try and flush him out. Naturally he teabagged at the gate on his way out when he did nothing to help earn the escape.
The end result of BHVRs refusal to do any sort of moderation or rule enforcement unless they absolutely have to is that it creates the massively toxic community the game is known for because they can't be bothered to put the work in.

What did they do that was against the rules? Why should they be punished? What moderation or rule enforcement needs to be done?
People winning games and still coming to the forum to complain. "They tried to torment me, but I still won the game, they should be punished for even DARING to interact with me".

What did they do that was bullying? Sounds like they were trying to protect each other? These player rulebooks are getting confusing

You literally killed two of them. Just move on to your next match, don't post stuff on the forums that you can easily move on from, what they did wasn't "tormenting" you, they simply body blocked you. Also, what they did isn't punishable, you logic is basically "Anyone who dares to body block me must be banned".
I'm so confused why people decide it's worth it to post non-important stuff on the forums..

What exactly is the bullying here?
Like I understand you sometimes have rough, frustrating, and/or unfun matches, but that does not necessarily mean that you were being bullied or harassed in a game. Bodyblocking, hit-tanking, etc, are all mechanics in the game that players can use to their advantage, both Killer and Survivor as roles have ways of playing and counterplaying these strategies.
Filing false reports not only prevents actual meaningful reports from being processed quickly, but it actively wastes the time of BHVR staff and moderation who have to review said reports. Im sure BHVR might have some filters to reduce the amount of report spam but even still, it's still awful to do regardless.

The last member hid the remainder of the game. That falls under unsporting behavior due to not participating in normal gameplay. They hurt the solo queue player because they threw a tantrum.

No, you had two people left in the game and were going to let one survive. You could have easily killed the solo guy and "slammed the hatch" to force EGC. It was you wanting to let the solo guy live instead of killing him that caused the game to stall.
Nobody is forced to be altruistic. I've had plenty of matches where I am completing achievements, or archives in which I have to escape the game. If the game isn't going well, I hide until the last person dies so I can get hatch/gate. Unhooking someone when there are two people and 2+ gens is a death sentence, and will almost always lead to the killer getting an easy 4k.

Case and point, entitled post.
By the way, body blocking ISN'T against the rules in the scenario that was provided by you, it sounds like teammates attempting to save their teammate….which….y'know, the point???? Yo
A bully squad would bring Flashlights, Head On, Flashbangs, and other perks that are specifically attuned to torment a killer, even abuse the locker-Flashlight Save Tech. What you faced was a normal SWF doing what they were supposed to be doing, THATS teamwork right there, that's by no means bullying!
Side note: The fact you actually looked into their friends list to see that they were all there is very concerning. Also, follow up; Hiding from a killer is natural gameplay, did you expect them to keep attempting to do gens and saves after you killed two of their teammates, in which they would assume that you'd be looking for them because you were "bullied" by said SWF??? That's beyond ridiculous and unreasonably immature.
You essentially wanted them to HAND themselves over to you because YOU felt bullied and tormented by a team working as a team….6 -
You avoided the solo player just to find him, what did you expect him to do, hand himself over to you? I'm feeling your post screams "tantrum" more than anything those survivors did.
If your so upset over him "stalling" then you could've just killed the solo queue player and forced endgame, but no, you had to do extra because apparently you got tormented and bullied.

So you got bully by a 3 man trio and you wanted to go get the last person? They seem more altruistic more compared to doing gens. These are the best one to played with cause of their altruism.

Didn't you just complain about people not trying in your games?
And now they're trying too hard.
Just say what you mean. You didn't like how they played, since they were moderately effective at dealing with you and so you are so blinded by your petty rage that you forgot THAT YOU WON

Bully squads definitely are a thing but I'm not sure this was one of them. It sounds like they were just trying to play the game, albeit they were playing to win.
It's also possible they were playing "protect the president" for funsies in a SWF. The answer to that is just sorta… to slug them or keep pressuring them with chase because they will never do a gen? It's not really that deep.
Now if they all kept going for only blinds, only stuns, only sabotages, then that might be a bully squad, but it doesn't look like it here. Also you won the round. I get it, winning against teams like this feels frustrating and unfulfilling, but it's truly not that deep, they weren't toxic, they did nothing wrong here, and body blocks aren't hard to deal with unless they all bring endurance perks or something - and even then it's only a problem once those perks are activated.

Bully Squads are frustrating but they’re not doing anything against the rules. You’re supposed to match their energy as Killer. Find the weak link and tunnel them out. Slug and bleed them out if you have to as well. They can just be seen as a group of sweaty players trying to use every advantage the game provides them, not unlike killers who tunnel and slug from the start of a match.

You want them to punish people that don't break a single actual rule? And no, the hiding wasn't taking the game hostage or anything. You had a clear path to end the match that you eventually took (killing the other survivor), if both of them were locker cycling in an obscure corner of the map then you'd have some sort of a point, but that's clearly not what happened.

meanwhile I get told as a killer in end game chat by a person in my own country, that I'm gonna get groped and raped if I go outside, just for being a female playing a game with the perks I like. maybe prioritize what behaviour should actually be punishable when playing a game.
