Decisive Strike icon timer doesn't deactivate when it should

(I play on PC) Decisive Strike normally deactivates after performing a Conspicuous Action, like healing or repairing a gen, and this effect is visible on the perk icon, in the bottom right of the screen.
After the latest update, performing these actions while the DS icon timer is active doesn't deactivate it anymore.
I haven't had the chance to test whether it's just a visual bug related to the perk icon or if it also affects the perk itself.
