I played on ps4 and I'm trying to transfer my account data series x but I'm struggling to do so and I don't want to start over because I had I good amount of money and time invested into that account(if I'm being honest I just don't want to have to get evil incarnate again and resting everything)

    You're talking about Cross Progression which isn't available yet for the PlayStations or for Xbox yet. I believe they're going to talk more about this in July.

    It's looking like a partial transfer deal, where character levels and probably items & add-ons will move but maybe not DLC's and some cosmetics & unlocks depending on how they were acquired. Stuff bought with cells probably are good, but through the platform's store most likely not. I imagine achievements & trophies would all need to be gotten again, as they're considered platform-specific.
