PC - Nemesis's zombie stucks in one place in Forgotten Ruins

When playing in Forgotten Ruins map Nemesis's zombie will fall down the stairs in the main building and gets stuck. You cannot punch to remove the zombie so you have to use tentacle strike. Also the zombie leaves an invisible hit box where it dropped off so you will get stuck when trying to fall down.
