Window on The Shattered Square doesn't work

Im on PC and there's a window on The Shattered Square that when given the prompt lets you take the action of vaulting for both killer and survivor but doesn't actually let you go through the window.
It was in the building that is near by the main building and one generation of the map blocks one side while another generation does not.
