Hello,

since about two months now the game doesn't start after the splash screen. The splash screen dissapears and the game doesn't start at all.

EAC reports in gamelauncher.log and looks fine to me (Translation from German for the Message: EAC loaded succesfully):
###
[Info] [LauncherProgress] 100%.
[Info] [LauncherFinished] EACAsyncResult: 0 Message: 'Easy Anti-Cheat erfolgreich im Spiel geladen'.
[Info] Unloading the EasyAntiCheat library.
[Info] Destroying windows.
[Info] Exit.

Dead By Daylight Saved/Logs folder gets no logs at all after trying to start.

Windows Event Log shows the following:
###
Windows cannot access the file "" for one of the following reasons: there is a problem with the network connection, the disk that the file is stored on, or the storage drivers installed on this computer; or the disk is missing. Windows closed the program DeadByDaylight.exe because of this error.

Program: DeadByDaylight.exe File:
The error value is listed in the Additional Data section. User Action

Open the file again. This situation might be a temporary problem that corrects itself when the program runs again.
If the file still cannot be accessed and
It is on the network, your network administrator should verify that there is not a problem with the network and that the server can be contacted.
It is on a removable disk, for example, a floppy disk or CD-ROM, verify that the disk is fully inserted into the computer.
Check and repair the file system by running CHKDSK. To run CHKDSK, click Start, click Run, type CMD, and then click OK. At the command prompt, type CHKDSK /F, and then press ENTER.
If the problem persists, restore the file from a backup copy.
Determine whether other files on the same disk can be opened. If not, the disk might be damaged. If it is a hard disk, contact your administrator or computer hardware vendor for further assistance.

Reinstalling the game doesnt help.
I tried checking RAM and HDD with Windows tools but there were no problems. I updated the Nvidia drivers but it didnt help either.

I have the following hardware:
Windows 10 Education 64-bit
AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor
16384MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Any idea what could cause this problem? I have the feeling this happens since the Unreal Engine update but maybe I'm wrong.

Cheers
