Infinite loading glitch in 2019

I am still getting infinite loading screen whenever i play as survivor.
1.I play as killer first after entering the game then i clicked Join Lobby as survivor and getting stuck on loading screen
2.I play as survivor first then after playing as survivor for 2 games in a row on 3rd i get loading screen bug
3.Both of above but it still persists if i go through Survive with friends and search a lobby through it.
