Event Bug that gets Survivors Stuck on the Killer's Shoulder

I was playing a match against a Chucky who was running Hex: Two Can Play. I blinded the Chucky as he was pulling Steve out of a locker. Two Can Play activated at the same moment that the killer used the event auto-hook ability. When I stopped being blind I was on the hook and Steve was stuck on the killer's shoulder. He couldn't wiggle free, be pallet saved, flashlight saved, dropped by the killer, or killed by the end-game collapse. In order to get out of the game both the Steve and the Chucky had to DC.
