Killers being able to bodyblock unhooks?

Not sure if this should be posted in the bug reports section or not, but is anyone else experiencing instances of the killer being able to block unhooks?

It seems to possibly be related to the new remote hooking feature introduced for the anniversary event, however if the killer stands directly in front of the hooked survivor, it seems to making unhooking impossible until the survivor is hit and loses their collision.

And in case anyone thinks this is a one off, I've had this happen to me about 3 or 4 times today alone, with each instancebeing pretty much the same, the killer being positioned at the very front of the hook, giving me plenty of room to unhook the survivor, yet no unhook prompt being present.

    Quick update: after actually watching my clip (duh), it doesn't only appear after you've been hit, however the prompt is still missing for a good amount of time for whatever reason, would certainly appreciate this being looked into if anyone else has ran into this as well.
