Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Explanation on how it works since it is not insanely straight forwards but still rather simple…

Cloak up and hit Survivors, the BP modifiers should give you 2300 Bloodpoints per Surprise Attack (Bloodpoint Action), combine with the Stalking (Bloodpoint Action), you should get max Deviousness in roughly 4-5 hits. Distressing helps this.

Since "The Beast" - Soot makes your Terror Radius show at all times, even while Cloaked, we are going to be running it with Dissolution and "The Serpent" - Soot to cloak up after a hit to make pallets unplayable, even while cloaked (countered by Slow Vaulting but it should give you time to uncloak on most unsafe pallets).

Hex: Thrill of the Hunt and Beast of Prey are the only other Bloodpoint modifiers we can run. If you decide to use these, be mindful that Beast of Prey can mess up Dissolution so you have to play into the Cloak + Hit + Cloak playstyle mentioned earlier, and Hex: Thrill of the Hunt can be cleansed.

You can easily drop Beast of Prey for a Hex: Totem if you want something extra to help, Hex: Plaything and Hex: Ruin are good options if you opt using slowdown. Though I would not recommend since you want quick matches to optimize Bloodpoints per hour.

Wraith is already good at farming Bloodpoints, their ability has a length time window to get the Surprise Attack (Bloodpoint Action) which allows for more laid back farming. Even if you dont manage to get a lot of hooks, you should be able to easily make back the Bloodpoints spent on the addons and offering.

You will get destroyed by SWFs rushing gens in mere second with this build. Practice shows you need to play as sweaty as possible during this event, in order to achieve 4k, which will get you more points that 8 or less hooks with 4 escapes and 2 minutes of teabags at the gates.

    To kind of explain:

Faster matches are better since it means you can move to the next match quicker, you get category resets faster as a result, and since you can quickly fill those categories, it leads to fast Bloodpoint gains. This build has massively increased my Bloodpoint gains compared to running standard builds, and Im prestiging my characters insanely fast.

Most of your time in a DBD match is going to be spent gaining Bloodpoints for categories that are already maxed out, you spend more time in a match but your Bloodpoint gains become less and less as a match extends since you cannot continue to gain score in a category that is full.

15-20 minute matches where your categories are full does little to nothing in the long run compared to 5 minute matches with the same categories full, and while before I could do 3-5 games per hour, with this build I can do 6-10 and gain more BP in the long run. Winning is not the point here, the point is fast matches with lots of Bloodpoints, which the build accomplishes.

Wouldn't surge work too instead of beast of prey?

Surge is good if you want Break (Bloodpoint Action), and is an alternative option, though I find that slowing down the match is not a good idea for this type of farming so I personally dont use it. Quick matches are the best for this, you want Survivors to face as little resistance for their objective.
