Portals that let you access another map were the killer cannot use their power and you can traverse all the map while aso getting I-frames when exiting or entering.
But that will never happen as it is widely known events favor killer.

Reliably get 2-3 times more bp than the killer from just playing the match normally

A part of survivors are already denying this mode bc of advantages for killers. They usually bring 1 cake each in their common pubs. Add to this, another part don't play for BPs & don't care about it. In addition, the BP cap is still 2 millions & you reach it very quickly…
So I don't think to earn more BPs for this mode drives it more popular & it doesn't amount survivor event powers as strong as a 'remote unhook' that counter many things or 'instant pallet break'…
And even in this mode, a normal match is less & less common regarding the killer's behaviours during this event.0 -
It’s a good thing they aren’t. After all there a 4x as many survivors and therefore event powers. It’s actually perfectly balanced right now.

Jump in a locker and activate the event power to cause all lockers to erupt with confetti, blinding a nearby killer's screen with confetti for 4 seconds.

Why people think survivors abilities in event are weak?
Blocking window is very annoying on some maps.
Quiet mode is amazing overall. I get to experience old Iron Will as Jeff main again...
Pallet is better was SWF, but if you use it for pallet saves, there is not much killer can do, if you time it well. Otherwise it is decent unless killer has Enduring...

You are the only person who is using the word "weak" here.
The point is that the Killer powers are stronger. And this cannot really be denied. (e.g. breaking a Pallet remotely is way stronger than putting up an Event Pallet)

In an 1vs1 for sure, but against more survivor? And im not talking about four survivors, so 1/4 the power.
Im talking about the option to get pallet saves everywhere. You could even combo it with Power Struggle/Flip-Flop, Unbreakable, etc., throw an Hawkins offering...
On the other hand you can use the pallet break to zone with one-shot-killers, so thats also very strong.

Survivor resets exhaustion on command
Drop pallets are required to be broken when spawned.
Window vaulting is 50% faster for x seconds.
i think if you needed to break the pallet after it is dropped, it is equal or better imo especially with the whole pallet-saves in this event. Imagine if survivor had 200% background player with this instant pallet spawn→pallet save.

Creating pallets that break when they hit the ground seems balanced to me if you take into account that you can also break the pallets from a distance. The status effects that the game applies are very difficult to evaluate because there are millions of situations that may be very unfair or fair but I do not think it is unbalanced, since there is a great benefit with advantages and disadvantages. Now I have no idea who in their head would think that it is balanced that the killer can hang from a distance, it saves you a lot of time and also ruins the game mechanics of sabotage, you lose utility in the toolbox and many perks related to sabotage, that is too good an advantage for the killer side, I have seen many snowballs from the killers thanks to that peculiarity of the event, why do I expose myself to playing at a disadvantage, better to play the normal game mode, but objectively if I am going to play survivor I would be a fool to play the event mode

Yeah, but you dont need to break the Pallet. It would obviously be stronger or even too strong if you would need to break the Pallet and thats because the Devs decided against it.

idk. i am of the opinion that quiet mode is pretty good. I like juking aspect of the power and the ability for the player to express stealth-skill in the game. I would love if this was a perk. This is one my suggestion for Ada Wong's Low-Profile perk. The suggestion was that you could toggle the perk on/off. The perk has max of 90 seconds of Low Profile.
