THIS HAS BEEN "BUGGED" FOR YEARS AND YEARS!
In the past, in the old Dbd days, it 100% was that, after the window unblocked, if you vaulted it again just after, it would block immediately, and you didn't have to vault it another 2 times before it blocked!
