Chat Wheel or View Team Loadouts?

What would be more healthy for the game? Implementing a chat wheel or viewing your teammates’ loadouts before a match? Why?

I feel like being able to view teammates' loadouts would just generally be more useful, as solo queue players would be able to benefit from potential perk synergies they wouldn't have otherwise known, whereas a chat wheel (although it would still be helpful), isn't as necessary, as most players can easily communicate basic things via crouching and pointing.
