Information:

  • The Mistress, a Memetic entity who embodies and emanates the sensations of Dread, and ruin in order to impede and dissect the emotionality of the survivors till there’s nothing left.

 With the help of her three perks Occulted trepidation, Seized Sufferance, and Elating pain, allow her to deceive And toy with survivors as they tempt hope to try and escape.

Power: Symphonic Nihilism 

“The feeling that you succumb to when nothing works and all is lost, is exactly what this THING is, worse if it finds interest in you, nothing will matter then”

The mistress lets out a screech that can be heard by all survivors, when the ability is active, The Mistress’s terror radius is increased to 52m for 56 seconds. In this state a melodic, eerie tune replaces the terror radius which survivors hear when inside the 52m. If the mistress is stunned in any way the power gets put on cooldown. The cool down lasts for 12 seconds.

any survivor(s) within the new set terror radius have an incrementing 2% progression penalty every 3 seconds to Healing/generator repair/Totem cleansing/chest unlocking up to a total 12% progression penalty as well as reducing survivors skill check zones by 5% and increasing failed skill check regression by 4%. 

Special Affliction: Nihilistic Canta 

While Symphonic Chorus is active The mistress can target a survivor that is in her field of view and activate Nihilistic Canta which lasts 20 seconds. In this state The mistress can no longer see scratch marks and instead is replaced with an aura trail that follows the marked survivor, in this state she gains a 2% speed increase but cannot enter bloodlust, furthermore In this state the targeted survivor is inflicted with blindness, and receives a permanent -2% Hindered status effect until the effects of Nihilistic Canta end. In this state both The Mistress and the targeted survivor can see each other's aura. Nihilistic Canta has a 30 second cooldown. 

Perks

Occulted Trepidation

Quick, simple and unforeseen is what you know best. After injuring a survivor by any means the effects of Occulted Trepidation activate:

  • all survivors within 14/16/18 metres from you suffer from the oblivious status effect for 20 seconds. Occulted trepidation has a 60 second cool down once the survivor has been injured. 

Seized Sufferance

Never let them know where they’re weakest, target them there at all costs. When a survivor is put on the hook trigger the following effects:

  • After hooking a survivor, survivors will not be alerted or receive a notification of the hooked survivor unless they are within 60/40/20 metres from the hooked survivor. 
  • Each time a survivor is hooked their aura is hidden to other survivors for 10 seconds. 

Elating Pain (hex?)

Each struggle and futile attempt fuels a sense of dread which blankets the trial. 

  • Each time a survivor is healed or unhooked Elating Pain receives 1 token, up to a maximum of 6 Tokens. Each token decreases the survivor's aura reading capacity by 2/4/5 metres per token while increasing your aura reading capacity by 2/4/5 metres per token.

Appearance: early to Mid 20’s

Lucia Was an extroverted person who always went to parties hosted by friends and occasionally strangers, never missing an opportune moment to spend time with her own friends, Lucia went out of her way to make plans and assure herself that she had time to spend with her friends. Always stuck with the 2000’s fashion she prided herself in how she dressed, regardless if some disagreed. Beneath this outwards personality was someone who strived to be the best in any way or form, even if it meant changing up how she is, Very astute and smart Lucia was able to get through college without any hitch, even if she was seen as a party girl, with the time she did have she dedicated it to studying or tutoring others earning her a golden reputation by her peers and even professors. No matter how busy she was she never missed her friends ballet recitals and plays, only to one day fall asleep and wake up in an abandoned auditorium to hear a faint tune which reminded her of someone or even something. 

With the help of Lucia’s three perks Expediting calibration, Under Wraps, and Persistent ideology allow her to push through the trial even if facing death head to head.

Expediting Calibration

You’ve learned that through others' mess, opportunity arises. When a generator regresses by any means the perk activates:

  • After working on a damaged generator for 10/8/6 seconds increases repair speed by 4/8/12% for 30 seconds.

Under Wraps

You’ve seemed to always thrive under harsh deadlines, now is no different. 

  • Every 20 seconds inside the killer’s terror radius and not in chase, Under wraps gains 1 Token up to a maximum of 5 Tokens. Each token applies a stackable buff of 2/2.5/3% per token, up to a maximum of 10/12.5/15% to the following action speeds: 
  • Healing
  • unhooking
  • cleansing 
  • Blessing
  • Chest searching

If you lose a health state by any means all tokens are lost. 

Persistent Ideology

You know what’s best and will do anything to execute the plan, even if it costs dearly. 

  • While healthyPress the active ability button to activate Persistent Ideology. Lose 1 Health state and become Broken for 60 seconds. During these 60 seconds leave no scratch marks, or pools of blood and the Killer’s Aura is revealed to you for 5 seconds periodically over the course of 60 seconds. 

This is a Old character that I made back in April of 2019-2020, you can read abt it on my old posts, I decided to revamp the killer and survivor while taking the feedback into account and updating some perks and abilities to match with the current game stuff.
