Some people have no shame
I have never played singularity and decided to give him a try and maybe learn his mechanics and ended up going against a swf. Keep in mind this is my third or forth game on this killer ever and mmr decided to set me against a sweaty swf that was set to win but that's not important and I though to myself what better way to learn a new killer than with the most amount of handicap as possible cuz thats how I mastered my main. I'm not a noob I've been playing this game for 4 years now I know how to win chases but being the fact that I was running no slowdowns gens we're too fast and the game ended in a 2k but oh lord was the end game chat a sigh to behold like the amount of toxicity that these 4 ppl threw at me was like insane I've must rly hurt their ego since I managed to get 2 of them. These ppl we're set to get a 4 man out but they failed, u can see in the screenshot the amount of counter play they had in stored for me. I am not joking when I say that they kept insulting me until the lobby timed out XD but wait it does not stop there they moved to my steam comment section cuz that was not enough. I don't have a fragile ego and I just shrug this off as some ppl being immature and taking the game way too serious and just report them in game and on steam if they wish to go there but not everyone is like me and this kind of behaviour will affect someone else. Don't u think that BHVR should put a stop to this? Banning for toxicity should be a thing imo and I'm not saying something crazy just a 24h ban so they have time to cool down and reflect on their actions. Do the devs rly not care about DBD being notorious for it's toxic community? I rly hope that some action will take place in the near future.

It's pretty sad to spew bile at a p0 no perks killer when your team is stacked to hell and you sent yourselves to RPD. At that point, any losses are your own fault. Good on you for taking them down a peg, though I'm sorry they vomited all over your steam profile. You'd think they'd have something better to do with their lives.
I wonder sometimes about DBD and toxicity. They've made statements in the past that suggested they consider stuff like tbagging at the gate a part of the culture, and they don't really seem to care what's said in chat so long as it's not slurs or death threats. Personally I feel this game would really benefit from some community cleaning up - I don't think the cesspit environment does us any favors, I've known people who joined and were almost immediately driven off because of how nasty this game is to newbies, and it definitely feeds into the tribalism and scorn so many players have for the 'other side.'

I have thick skin and childish behaviour like this does not affect me at all but on the contrary I get a good laugh out of it but some ppl take insults to heart and it's not good for their mental health. The amount of damage behaviour like this does is massive and can't be ignored.

This is me every time I try to learn a new killer outside my comfort zone as well.
I gave up on Oni after a particularly terrible game against a sabo bully squad trying to hold the game hostage on Eyrie of Crows. This was before it's rework, so maybe I'll give Oni another shot but it really put me off trying for awhile.
