What do you think double debuff icons indicate?
This has happened to me a few times, but not every trial.
Here, I have already died and I'm spectating Kate who has two icons indicating Weave is in use.
Why do you sometimes see one and sometimes two?

Weave Attunement has two effects that are represented separately in the UI.
One of the icons represents the aura read the killer gets from a dropped item. The other icon represents the oblivious status effect caused by picking an item from the ground.

So of only one icon appears does that mean you're within range but your aura is not being read?

If only one icon is up, and you don't have the oblivious status effect then you are in range and your aura is being read. If both are up then you have the oblivious status effect and are in range of a dropped item with your aura revealed.
