[HELP] Please Discourage CHEATERS By Stopping Them From HIDING THEIR NAMES!
Becuase i don't want to risk being banned I won't show the name of the livestream channels but I have evidence on video that players that hide their names are cheaters! They hide their names so they can't be "found" and banned!
If you want to see the video? I will show. It only shows the names of their characters (gamer profile names are hidden!)
These cheaters can see the aura's of totems, generators, the killer and other survivors through walls and distance is shown in meters! And they have Super Speed and can clip through surfaces, even out of the map!
What's beHaviour's next move?? 🤔

Not everyone who hides their name cheats, unfortunately there's just really crappy people around who go and ruin it for everyone else, I've seen a few doing it lately but there's not much I know to do watching it from a app outside the game how can we really report this when most streaming apps don't allow you to screen record live streams and you aren't in the game?

Not everyone who uses anonymous mode is a cheater. In fact, I’d bet 95%+ aren’t cheaters.
I use anonymous mode so that salty jerks can’t find my profile and use it to harass me.

I hide my name because I dislike most content creators on this game personally and want my privacy.
Showing a name won't do anything for cheaters - here's the realistic situation.
BHVR messed up making DBD free on Epic and even if you ban them they'll just buy an account for a dollar on the thousands of accounts that are just dormant and unused on the Epic Games Store. Honestly any accounts that don't get played and are inactive should have DBD removed from the Epic Games Store if they never even played DBD and just redeemed it. There I said it - Take the free games away and now cheaters have to actually cough up more money per account.
You also think knowing their name does anything - unless BHVR is manually banning them they can evade anticheat for literal months or sometimes weeks and the moment they're hardware banned they just spoof their ID and be playing again in under a minute like nothing happened.
The report system in game sucks regardless of if you have their name or not. Because regardless you have to record evidence, upload it and submit a ticket on their support page if you want to do anything further than report it in game.
You know what would help? Being able to see match history from all your own games. So I don't need to keep my game set on the game I want to report the cheater in.

I do agree with this but outside of EAC their report system is mediocre.

Just had a cheating ace in a killer game. his name was hidden if i send in video evidence what will it do without a name :(

If you fill out the reporting system fully, that match will be flagged and they can see who's who with or without Anonymous Mode being used. Do the in-game report and everything, plus link in the video proof, and they will review it & act if appropriate.
I certainly think that their reporting system puts too much on the players themselves, but I don't know enough about the Anitcheat stuff to speak on that.

Most of the cheaters i saw did not have hidden names. But even if they had, it would not block a ban.
Evey account have an unique ID, so report them after the game, both ingame and on the website ( dont forget to include video evidence ).

Bold of you to assume most cheaters care about having their profile name exposed.
The vast majority are burner accounts anyway.
