Would you think that maps from Quake 1 is possible in dbd?

Yes, I saw this post on Creations sub and I found it interesting. Would you think these maps work in dbd? I feel the atmosphere is scary enough to warrant it. There are traps, wind tunnels, portals, lava and toxic water.
