Simple idea:
The devs gives the community a topic.
Example:
Freddy buff/rework.

And then the community create some concepts.
And the Devs talk about some in a livestream.
And maybe test some ideas in the PTB

Is this a good or bad idea?

    Good idea, I have alot of reworks brewing in my head with freddy in general

    Well last time the devs took ideas from the community we got DS and the PTB legion that wont make it to love game. The community has some great ideas sometimes dont get me wrong, but maybe sometimes it's better to leave it to the devs

    I agree.
    But the community can create ideas.
    And the devs will said yes or no.

    The devs decide which ideas can be on the PTB.
    It could be balanced.

    XD this would be funny
