Killer POV whilst wearing The Doctor's "Wild Asylum" Outfit is still bugged

I reported this several months ago and it hasn't been fixed yet, I am worried that it has been forgotten. To refresh, when wearing The Doctor's "Wild Asylum" outfit, the electricity sparks produced naturally from the outfit will appear in first person, especially the ones coming from the head, which makes playing the outfit extremely disorienting and unfun. I have not seen this bug on any other outfits from The Doctor.
Platform: PC, on Steam
Note: I paid money for this outfit. I am aware there are larger bugs on the table at the moment, but please try and fix this one in the near future.
