Why is it 8 gens in 2v8
I'm trying to think of a reason of why it isint 10 gens there's twice the players and you only need to do 3 more gens than base?
Also why dose Hillbilly not insta down? But nurse gets an extra blink?
The more I rewatch the stream the more I'm realizing this is gonna be a flop
Am I crazy or did I hear this this is a temporary thing.
what this is gonna last only 2 weeks the devs really putting all this work in to make a mid event that's somehow gonna be more mid that the anniversary
Okay I finally got to the part where they mention this is first iteration for a permanent thing that makes me feel better but hopefully they aren't gonna spend 9 months for iteration 2

Billy can insta-down, just not from idle. "Expose survivors whilst chainsaw sprinting".
There may not be a need for ten generators, as when the survivor is downed, they are sent to the cage. Meaning killers don't have to waste time dealing with flashlight/pallet saves, or carrying a survivor to a hook. Meaning more time to patrol gens.

No, Billy's teammate can instadown while he's sprinting. He doesn't get instadowns though.

That's pretty nasty. It might be even stronger than Billy having the insta-down.

Yeah the mobility killer needs to be near his mate and nobody van keep up and nurse dosent benefit from exposed on blinks

How you need 2 people on 1 person when you can get the same thing from every other killer?

The way I see it, this is a test drive of the whole thing. They already said that this is an idea they want to continue iterating on.
This first round probably only has a few killers to keep the combos manageable. The 8 gens thing is probably counterbalanced by the cage system. Killers have no down time escorting survivors to hooks, they can just down and move on.

Because Billy goes zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz insta down, the nurse blinks and her head goes down, you do the math!

Well, at the start you would think there should double the amount of generators and exit gates but they probably decided after testing that only 3 more generators and 1 more exit gate is manageable for 2 killers.

Maybe but like in their live stream the 2 killer jumped 1 person and lost 3 gens for that. Thar dosent really look good
