Killers nerfed to 4 gens?

I don't know what's happening but a lot of games I've played I've had two gens left, one gen pops and suddenly the exit gates are powered, this can't be due to hacking since one of the times I was against a xbox swf so no one could even hack.

This makes it very unfair for killer atm because every gen counts when your killer and I know for a fact this bug will be exploited by survivors that know about it, especially swfs.

If this just turns out to be some weird UI bug where it just doesn't show when a gen is completed or something please let me know because playing while knowing I only have four gens is not good for my health.
