How many perks are not viable for each individual killer?

Well, lets see...

Trapper: Cant think of any particularly bad perk.
Hillbilly: Cant think of any particularly bad perk.
Wraith: Cant think of any particularly bad perk.
Nurse: Bamboozle, Spirit Fury, Enduring, Brutal Strength.
Huntress: Cant think of any particularly bad perk.
Myers: Depends on how you play him.
Hag: Cant think of any particularly bad perk.
Leatherface: Cant think of any particularly bad perk.
Doctor: M&A.
Freddy: Might be less efficient with hex perks if you intend to guard them, but not inviable. Overcharge, Unnerving Presence.
Pig: Cant think of any particularly bad perk.
Clown: Cant think of any particularly bad perk.
Spirit: Insidious, Bloodhound, Bitter Murmur.
Legion: Any exposed effect perks, Predator.

Then we have perks that are generally bad and dont work unless you are doing a niche build. Tinkerer, Monstrous Shrine, Unrelenting, Spies From The Shadows, Overwhelming Presence, Territorial Imperative, and several others.

Then we have other perks that only work on certain Killers with certain add-ons, like Fire Up on a vaulting build on Myers or Wraith, Distressing on Doctor, etc. Or are extremely situational, such as Dying Light or Hangman's Trick.
