Knight's cooldown

I'm unsure whether or not this is intended or not. When the Knight's power goes on cooldown (after the guard despawns for whatever reason), the duration is 10 seconds instead of the previous 4 seconds.
If this is intended, it was NOT mentioned in the patch notes. Please adjust.
If it was not, well... now you know.
