Is this bug abuse or intentional?

Almost every time I play on Lampkin Lane as killer, I get accused of bug abuse by survivors.
On Lampkin Lane, there are these long white fences (the small ones where you can look over) and when you run on one side and a survivor on the other side close to the fence, you can hit through it. It's now the 5th time someone told me this is not legit and they gonna report me. What are your thoughts?

It's legit ignore those players they just don't know to stay closer to the buildings when running.5

Those fences have been made so short just so a Killer CAN hit them.
Let them report all they want, nothing's gonna happen.0 -
this is legit, ignore them, this is more reliant on strike distance and can be done other places as well. They can report until they are blue in the face.
