Windows vault changes are too severe, in my opinion.
This started with Fractured Cow shed which had all of its useful windows blocked off in the main building and has now spread. There have been three windows blocked up in Haddonfield which have been replaced with ridiculously unsafe alternatives e.g the house with the generator which has had the window behind it sealed only to be replaced by a really unsafe pallet and massive holes put in the walls to aid killers stopping loops round the house. Likewise, in Lerys the vault that used to be in the mini office, by where the basement can spawn, has been moved opposite the basement stairs and right next to an open door. On certain variations of dead dawg the window in the shack now seems to have a pole outside it to either impede a fast vault being done from outside or to stop the distance from inside. In fact, many of the new windows seem to have been placed so you can approach them only mainly from a side on perspective and not being conducive to fast vaults.
I understand there’s been arguments about balance and some maps having window vaults that are too safe, but I think BHVR are over correcting. Following the influx of incredibly unsafe pallets that now plague most maps it makes trying to engage in any sort of chase really disheartening.

That's how map reworks work. You simply take a map and:
Shrink the map
Insert huge dead zones
Remove all windows that are even remotely decent
Create new, much weaker versions of jungle gyms
And presto, you have a reworked map

They should’ve used your idea when they added variations to Ormond and Coldwind. Now those maps have way too many heavily survivor sided loops. Along with an insane amount of clutter, any ranged killer gets cooked on those maps now.
