Most of the QTE are not showed (only sound notif')

• Platform: PC
• Description of the issue: no QTE during repair, heal (self heal with medkit, heal on others works weirdly), wiggle are showed (but sound notif works), even the scoreboard are not showed; Escap does nothing & the players are not displayed (unfortunately I've stopped down the record just before)
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): I have no clue
• How often does this occur: happens for the first time today

I upload the video since the moment when the first problem occurs and until the end to show you all the other problems ingame. During my last stage of hook I've tried to use Escap to hide the scene as I usually do but as you can see, nothing happens.
