How to permanently disable mouse acceleration/smoothing?
Mouse acceleration/smoothing causes my game to run poorly and disabling it in the input.ini fixes it, but it doesn't stay disabled when I close and reopen the game. How can I set it so that the option stays disabled permanently?

Does anyone have a fix for this? My game is unplayable without it.

Change the input file to read only after disabling the acceleration/smoothing and see if the issue persists.
You could also disable "Enhance Mouse precision" in windows settings and see if it helps. Just open the mouse settings and select additional mouse options, then select the pointer options tab to find this setting.

Unfortunately none of this works, its very inconsistent and sometimes works but most of the time it doesn't. I can't seem to locate the source of the issue.

what do you mean by run poorly? its like you sens gets heavy after few matches or something like that? (thats my problem) did u fix it?

I still haven't found a consistent fix, but it works most of the time now as long as I don't ALT+TAB. My game runs smoothly most of the time at 120 FPS, but when the problem occurs I usually get stuck at 113-117 FPS and its has frequent microstutters.
