Why haven't Macmillan and Autohaven been kill switched?

Dozens of reports of Macmillan and Autohaven map generation bugs but no action taken yet. Why haven't they been killswitched? Players are using map offerings to go to these realms and it's not fun. Is DbD unable to killswitch realms on vanilla without affecting the special mode?

I imagine the Killswitch would remove both realms from any game mode, regular or 2v8. Prolly cannot do one without effecting the other.
