2v8 couldn't be rescued from cage

Was downed and sent to a cage for second time in a match but when I was caged I was stuck standing in injured position outside the cage instead of inside it. I was receiving skill checks but when a teammate came over to try and rescue me they couldn't do anything so I ended up dying.
The match itself seemed pretty buggy. Can see in those screenshots the aura of some of my teammates floating and falling through map. When I went to spectate one of them was just falling through the ground over and over, then floating around in drop down position, and occasionally they would hit invisible walls/vaults. Here's a screenshot of them when they were just floating around the map.
