About different response bugs and trust issue

Unconfirmed, Member Posts: 3

I have been using Bright mainly for a long time now, and since the patch in about January or February that included Hug-tech's fix, I have noticed a bug that causes two stuns when Bright's Lethal Rush hits, and other bugs that cause Bright's collision judgments to be more forward than normal,

a bug where the token recharge does not start when the palette is destroyed by Lethal Rush,

the bug that the judgment of the attack disappears at a high probability when the rush and the attack are input at the same time,

the bug that the judgment of crashing into a wall is 30 degrees closer than usual are left unnoticed.

This kind of bug is not limited to Bright.

There are also bugs that reduce the overall number of hooks generated, and bugs where scratches are scattered or not displayed.

But these are widely known bugs, and yet there is no indication that they will be fixed at all.

However, the bug where some add-ons shorten the stun time when destroying a palette with Lethal Rush, or where the stun ends instantly, was identified and fixed immediately in the next patch.

I am not convinced of this difference in response.

Why would you use such a gouge to give survivors an advantage? I don't have a problem with nerfing perks and add-ons at all, but I really don't think it's possible to respond in such a way that the bug is intentionally left out.

You are in the business of getting people to buy DLC, and leaving a bug unaddressed is a breach of trust in your business. Furthermore, the fact that you are treating the decision to fix or not to fix the bug as a silent adjustment is also highly objectionable and unusual.

Bugs are an inevitable part of the game.

However, your unwillingness to fix the bugs is a problem with your motivation and your attitude towards us, the consumers.

If you can't fix the bugs due to technical problems, please make an announcement. At least you won't lose credibility.

My first language is not English, so I would like you to turn a blind eye to a few spelling mistakes and incorrect translations of terms.
