Am I being ignored?
When I synced my Xbox account to my Steam account I noticed that the only thing I am missing are 3 characters (Jill, Leon, and Nemesis). I had bought these characters with Auric Cells a while back and at first I thought that was the reason why they didn't cross over. However upon asking I realized that was not the case. I have been submitting a request to DBD support team everyday since Monday to get this issue resolved but I haven't gotten a response. I am wondering if there are other people who share the same issue as me and also is it possible that I am being ignored because I have been spamming the request (sorry)?

Sorry to hear that. They might just be backed up with requests. I have seen a lot of people saying they have had issues.

If you are spamming the request you're pushing your ticket to the end of the line each time, as it goes by the date the ticket is received ,so please do not spam our support team, they can remove access to the support site for this! I appreciate the concern over loss of characters and our support team is looking to address tickets as quickly as possible working with our technical teams to resolve the remaining issues.
