How to get past Steam Link error?

I had to make a different BHVR account to receive the codes etc. (it refused to let me change my email) months back and removed both my Twitch AND Steam from the previous account, but it keeps giving me this error.

I've already made 2 support tickets but heard nothing back. And I can't delete the previous BHVR account.
I can't get any of my Twitch drops from last month or the previous months like the Owlbear Plush charm etc. even though they're in my Twitch inventory. PLEASE help! :(
