Unfinished Chapter Ideas - Silent Hill 4, Clock Tower 3, JoJo, NightCry, Phasmophobia, Boo Men, WoW

Awhile back I had some fun making some chapter ideas primarily for the sequels of popularly requested franchises. I focused on trying to match the source material rather than making something balanced (and I'm not an expert enough on existing perks to know if I've repeated them). I just got in the mood to make a couple more, though, so I cleaned up the old ones and finally decided to share them.

Note: Some of these ideas are very intentionally broken. Also, the only difference between the two Silent Hill 4 ideas is the Killer power. I could never decide which one I preferred so I decided to share both.

EDIT: I started working on a couple more I thought I'd share. In some ways these are even rougher? I'll explain for each one.

JoJo Part 1 Idea

I started this one because I started getting a bunch of Perk ideas for Jonathan. Obviously if this was a real chapter I wouldn't give him six, but I couldn't narrow it down. I wasn't even going to add Dio at first (partially because I think the other version of Dio is a better candidate for Dead by Daylight), but wanted to use one quote so I put something together real quick.

Warcraft Idea

This is another one that was inspired by some quotes, and had other stuff added to it to finish it off. I sort of gave up on the Lich King's power. Minions seem obvious for him, but I really don't know how to balance minions in this game, it's not really built for it. I think I'd have an easier time building Sylvanas as a Killer, which would definitely work, but the Lich King came to mind first as the "iconic guy."

Also, again, Desperate Prayer was built off of lore first, rather than game balance. I really like the idea, but other numbers like the basic cast time for the Invocation might have to be different if it was actually implemented.

Finally, this applies to some of my previous ones as well: some of these Perk descriptions aren't quite finished. Not just the Invocation and Boon ones, where I removed the text that applies to all of them in order to save space, but there's a few places I have Tokens build and I sort of intended that some of those would empty Tokens and then be able to rebuild them, but I think on others I intended them to be more one-use and I wasn't specific.
