Remove huntress from 2v8

Personally think the huntress is a melt on the 2v8. Every game see is picked as the killer as the hatchets are a bit Overpowered especially as the maps are so open.

    She's mostly fine just needs to have 8 hatchets instead of 10 and remove the "Increase movespeed by 4.5% when out of Hatchets" that she gets and then she's fine.

    They need to work on her hitbox. Other than that I think she's fine.
