Uptick in VPN Killers + Slug Out Builds?

Has anyone else noticed an uptick on NAWest servers in the early mornings: killers from East Asia on VPNs running some variant on a Knockout build, where they don't ever hook survivors and slug until everyone is bled out? Especially early a.m.?

It is exhausting me. I just wanna have a chill game, damn.

    I dont think there is an issue with Killers playing with VPNs considering how they help protect you online. I think the issue is how the game handles Killers on VPNs, since the servers just seemingly accept all information from the client.
