Not really. Cleansing every totem just to prevent NOED is already a hypothetical and not the perk's meaningful counterplay, that getting harder doesn't really move the needle at all.
Though, hey, more perks that reward survivors for breaking dulls being popular could address that issue even if I'm wrong about that.

how? you don't need to go back to dulls you saw throughout the match anymore, you just run around and try to see its aura.
