All characters need in-game voice lines
The recent addition of characters with in-game voice lines was perhaps one of the best and most interesting things BHVR has ever done. After maining Lara for quite some time, switching to a character with no dialogue, like Nancy, feels strange and a little boring. It's so much funner playing as a character that actually speaks instead of just grunt, grunt, scream.
Also, instead of only yourself being able to hear your survivor talk, they should change it to a sort of proximity chat, so that anyone near you can hear. Some people, for whatever reason, may not like this, so BHVR could simply let players toggle their voice lines on/off in the settings.
While we're at it, all characters can get pre-game voice lines too.
Please.. 🥺

I can't imagine Myers will have much to say 🤐
I would actually love to hear Dwight speak.

I really don't need every character chattering constantly

Hell no, thanks my main survivors and killers don't talk at all.

Nah, really not needed. Or they implement it and then, finally, an option to disable the voicelines.
I dont really see any appeal in them, especially the ones from Lara are really weak. My "favorite" is the "Put me down"-voiceline when picked up. Sounds like a person who is a bit annoyed that her friend picked her up.
Or Alan Wakes mindless screaming. Ugh.
So I hope they will not give every character voicelines, I think the amount of times they are implemented well are quite low.

Really? I thought Lara had the best in-game voice lines yet, especially her "bollocks!". Still, if people don't like them, they could just disable them. I honestly see no reason for BHVR not to do this.

Maybe not all characters, i'm fine with getting more Killers voicelines overall.
Survivors however should only be reserved for the licensed ones that can be portrayed by their original actor/actress.
With that said, they have yet to give any character in the game better voicelines than the ones for Alan.

As long as we can get some more, I'm happy.

I think she has some of the worst, but tastes differ. But I just think that at this point they HAVE to give an option to disable them, because more and more characters come into the game with Voicelines and not everyone likes them. And people who dont like them and prefer their characters silent should also be heard, but currently BHVR is ignoring those.
Ideally they put a separate toggle to each character, because for me personally, I like some voicelines and dislike others (e.g. Unknown is amazing).
But if they make a toggle that everyone can decide if they want to hear voicelines or not, they can add as many as they like, because then people can disable them.

But I was just thinking about this the other day - giving it to some and not others is awkward and asymmetric. I wouldn't do it with killers, but would like it seen with survivors.
