Perk overhaul

So I heard about a perk overhaul we'll get at some point hopefully soon, I know what I specifically want to see get some changes mainly perks that do the same thing as another just worse for example but is there any perks mainly general anyone wants to see a big change to? I dunno just a random conversation piece.
