The Thing DBD Killer Concept.
The Thing is an amorphous alien creature that has the ability to perfectly imitate any life form. This Killer is from John Carpenters 1982 horror masterpiece The Thing. I think the thing is a difficult character to put into DBD because of the use of discord calls easily countering the whole secret impostor tactics that the thing uses. However, I think I managed to find a way to not only make it work for DBD, but also get around the "cheating" issue for this character. This concept introduces a lot of new ideas and mechanics and if this was ever a chapter in the game, I think it could be very successful. I made a google slideshow consisting of 12 slides. All info on the killer and its power can be found there. I'm not very artistic but there are a few google images to give you an idea of what the killer may look like.
Lore: The lore for the killer and survivor is practically non-existent so I will just put it here. If you haven't seen the movie yet this is major spoilers. After the dog is put in the kennel with the others the scene plays out normally as it did in the film. Except before it can assimilate the other dogs, slowly black fog surrounds the room and soon the whole room is nothing but thick black fog. When it subsides, the thing and the dogs are gone into the entity's realm.
