Genuine Question - Dracula
If Dracula wants to increase the range of his Hellfire with the Addon Sunglasses, why is there a penalty to take longer to recharge by 25% when Pyramid Heads can go through walls and obstacles but he has 2 separate addons to increase the range without a penalty? Curious….What am I missing?

That much I'm not sure myself.
Especially since Hellfire isn't as wide as Pyramid Head's M2. I feel like a better tradeoff would be to make the pillars bigger or something.

I feel like the devs went too far with the amount of long cooldowns Dracula has and making add-ons give an even longer cooldown is not smart. I get you need some level of a cooldown for balance reasons, but some of his abilities, especially the hellfire, don't really feel good to use because of how long it takes between using it and being able to hit again, especially if you miss (and it's really easy to miss).

Because they're also very different
- Dracula keeps freedom of movement. PH loses his ability to strafe and has reduced turning (and can only go so far while holding his M2).
- PH's M2 is a shockwave that needs to travel. Dracula's Hellfire does not.
- PH's power can't even go up elevated surfaces—Dracula's can.
So in essence, PH is battling several basekit restrictions/limitations, while Dracula has more freedom and ease of use.

Charge time would be how long iyou have to hold the button before the fire is ready. Think of Huntress's wind up addons... For the case of Dracula, it seems counter productive since you move slower while charging, therefore you kinda don't get any benefit from the little bit of extra range the addon provides.

Dracula is boring and weak, and he will be forgetable after his tome, again, absolute weak and unpower against medium/good survivors.

you get benefit if the survivor stands-still adjacent to the other side of the loop. if the survivor understand to just leave loops, since your m/s is still very slow, it is not 1.48 m/s just ptb where the killer just slow to crawl, but 2.00 m/s(?) is still A LOT slower then survivor. you can still just hold-w, never vault any windows and eventually you'll be out of range of his attack. if he cancels, he gets big m/s decrease.
i think a better buff to the attack would been to increase its range… like instead of 8 meters, it could been like 12 meter range attack. Maybe the green add-on increases it by 4 meters and reduces pillar travel time.
