New Survivor Perk --->>> Hoarder's Luck
Whenever unlocking a chest, you open it 20/30/40% quicker and the chance of obtaining a higher rarity item increases by 35/40/45%. You suffer a 5/4/3% penalty to your action speeds (repairing, healing, sabotaging and searching) for 20 seconds after each. This penalty stacks if you interact with multiple chests in a short period of time.
