Dracula's Sunglasses add-on doesn't turn bar red

Title.
The Sunglasses add-on increases the amount of Pillars of Flame by 1, but also increases the charge time of Hellfire by 25%. However, the bar is still grey when using this ability, instead of turning red. As you know, any add-on that decreases power charge time should turn the bar yellow, and any that increase power charge time should turn the bar red.
