Is Behaviour planning to add some kind of gamma/brightness setting to the game?
The thing is, I just played a game in Springwood as The Deathslinger and just one game was enough to force my eyes causing it to almost hurt or feel tired of my view. I'm aware that the recent update made the game impossible to play with NVIDIA filter on and that there's no news about fixing it cause it's part of EAC or something like that; I also know that most console players don't like that pc players can use it cause is an advantage and I agree with that too, up to a point cause there are people like me that without that filter you have to force your view and that's not healthy.
So my point is that, is there in the future (hopefully close enough) some kind of setting added to the game so console and pc players can configure the brightness till certain limit to not lose so much “immersion” but still not dark enough to fry your eyes trying to aim to a survivor, looking for the killer, etc?

same issues here - this game is super muddy, dark, and unappealing for the eyes. causes the worst eye strain without some sort of brightness filter.

It's really silly to not have a brightness slider. The balance reason is a bit of a copout. Players like myself will just play on PC with a monitor that has better brightness control. You can't force players to play in the dark. It's stupid. It just punishes players who have trouble seeing or don't have the luxury of a monitor with a lot of different settings. It doesn't force me to play a "balanced" dark version at all. I just put the graphics to Low and crank the brightness.

Both Borgo maps are an instant DC for me. I will not play them anymore without something to help because it kills my eyes. I feel bad for console players having to look at this game like this for so many years.
It looks very washed out and muddy. Which I’m sure is the vibe they were going for in 2016 before they added all those goofy cosmetics. The horror atmosphere is essentially gone so they should update the visual settings
